The indoor unit, refrigerant pipes, condensate pipes, air ducts, wires, etc. are concealed in the ceiling interlayer, decoration, and walls by decoration, so that only the air supply and return air outlets are exposed on the outside. The air conditioning system will be debugged after decoration. Therefore, after the air-conditioning installation is completed, a concealed project acceptance should be carried out when the decoration project is just started.

1 Personnel participating in the acceptance The owner, the person in charge of the decoration construction (preferably all construction personnel), and the air-conditioning installation are responsible.

2 Acceptance purpose

(1) Check the construction quality of the air-conditioning installation carefully again, and let the owner accept it.

(2) Clarify responsibilities. Show the owner and the decorating team that the current quality of the air-conditioning project is qualified, and the air-tightness and heat preservation are in line with the requirements. Decorators are required to increase their sense of responsibility and not to damage the air-conditioning system during the decorating construction process.

3 Acceptance content

(1) Whether the installation and heat preservation of the indoor unit, air supply box, return air box, and air duct affect the ceiling height.

(2) Whether the wiring of the refrigerant copper pipe affects the decoration construction. Check the insulation of copper pipes and branch components.

(3) The wiring of the condensate drain pipe. Whether the insulation and inclination meet the requirements, and whether there is a trap. Whether the wiring affects the decoration construction.

(4) Jointly check the pressure gauge of the refrigerant piping system temporarily installed at the outdoor unit, and record the outdoor air temperature and pressure in writing at that time. If the system is not damaged during the decoration and construction process, the pressure should remain constant.
