②The internal machine must be hoisted and placed in a horizontal position. After installation, a special tool must be used to measure whether the machine is level.

2. Installation of refrigerant copper pipe

After installing the internal unit, you can install the refrigerant copper pipe, which is an important part of the central air-conditioning installation process. Shanghai air conditioning design

3.Fill nitrogen to maintain pressure

This is a pressure test that must be performed on the copper pipe after the welding is completed. A certain pressure of nitrogen is filled into the copper pipe to maintain the pressure. The general pressure test time is 24 hours.

4. Installation of condensate pipe

After connecting the condensate pipe from the internal unit to the outdoor or floor drain, maintain at least a slope of >1%. The higher quality installation is to connect from the indoor unit, land nearby, and then connect to the outdoor or floor drain together with other condensate pipes.

5. Install the outside machine

Make sure that the air outlet of the outdoor machine fan must be within 50 cm and 15 cm behind the outside machine without obstructions, and all floor feet must be equipped with shock-absorbing blocks to ensure the normal operation of the outdoor machine.
