Air conditioning cleaning and maintenance

 1. Special robot: suitable for non-damage cleaning when the air duct of China's central air conditioner has no reserved opening; suitable for cleaning the central air conditioner in working condition;

2. According to the building's air conditioning and ventilation system drawings, use a detection robot to enter the pipeline to check the degree of contamination, calculate the engineering quantity, and make a detailed construction plan and plan;

3. Open construction holes in the appropriate part of the air duct (put in the robot and block the airbag), and use the blocking airbag outside the two opening positions to block both ends of the pipe;

4. Connect the dust collector to one of the construction holes with a hose, so that a negative pressure air flow is generated in the air duct, so that dust and dirt can be sucked into the dust collector;

5. Choose an appropriate cleaning brush, and use a pipe cleaning robot or a flexible shaft brush to clean the pipe;

6. After cleaning, the robot will take photos and record to confirm the cleaning quality;

7. After the cleaning quality is approved, spray disinfectant in the cleaned pipeline; clean and move the cleaning equipment to the next section of the pipeline for cleaning;

8. Re-close the opening with the same material; clean and repair the damaged insulation layer of the air duct; clean the site to ensure that it does not affect the next step;
