Especially after the compressor motor winding is burned, the refrigerating oil will deteriorate, and the deteriorated refrigerating oil must replace.

How to discharge the refrigerating oil: remove the compressor from the unit, open the outlet pipe, return pipe and process pipe, turn the compressor upside down, let the refrigerated oil flow out of the return pipe and process pipe, and use Weigh out the amount of oil flowing out with a weighing cup or measuring cup, so as to provide a reference basis for adding refrigerating oil. In order to speed up the outflow of refrigerating oil, nitrogen can be filled from the process pipe or the return pipe.

The method of adding refrigerating oil: The method of adding refrigerating oil to the reciprocating compressor is different from that of the rotary compressor. There are several ways to add refrigerating oil to the compressor.

1. Refueling method of reciprocating compressor

1. Use the compressor itself to vacuum and suck in the oil.

1.1. For small hermetic compressors that are not equipped with intake and exhaust stop valves at the intake and exhaust ports, weld a pipe joint with a stuffy valve on the process pipe of the compressor in advance, and then repair the valve hose and The lubricating oil barrel (the surface of the barrel should be filled in advance according to the requirements of the compressor model, and the scale line is drawn) or the refrigerated oil measuring cup is connected, and the air in the pipeline is removed. Then start the compressor and open the repair valve to suck the lubricating oil into the compressor. If the compressor is not connected to the refrigeration system pipeline, when starting the compressor, you need to block the low-pressure suction pipe port by hand to suck in the oil. In the process of refueling, it should be noted that the suction port of the oil pipe should not expose the oil surface to avoid inhaling air; and control the refueling amount. Sometimes in the process of filling the refrigerating oil, misty oil will be sprayed from the high-pressure exhaust pipe port of the compressor. For fully-enclosed, semi-enclosed, and open-type compressors with intake and exhaust stop valves at the intake and exhaust ports, the following refueling method can be used: first connect the oil pipe with valve leading to the refrigerated lubricating oil barrel with The bypass port of the intake valve or the three-way valve or drain valve of the crankcase is connected, and at the same time, the intake valve of the compressor and the valve on the filler pipe are closed, and the exhaust valve is opened. Then start the compressor, when the pressure in the crankcase drops to 0Mpa, immediately close the exhaust valve. Then slowly open the valve on the filler pipe and suck in the lubricating oil through the filler pipe. In the process of refueling, it should be noted that the suction port of the oil pipe should not expose the oil surface to avoid inhaling air; and control the refueling amount.

Note: In a relatively large compressor, if the oil pump is used for pressure lubrication, the contact of the oil pressure relay should be manually forcibly connected. When pumping air, the negative pressure should not be too low and the time should not be too long. Pay attention to the oil pressure, which should not be lower than 0.05Mpa. 2. Use a vacuum pump to vacuum the inside of the compressor, and press the lubricating oil in with atmospheric pressure. This method is often used for refueling where the intake and exhaust ports of small hermetic compressors are not equipped with intake and exhaust shut-off valves, but you must pay attention to the amount of refueling.

3. Use a gear hydraulic pump or a hand hydraulic pump to directly refuel through the three-way valve or drain valve of the crankcase, but it should be noted that the pressure in the crankcase should not increase during the refueling process.

4. Use the compressor oil pump to refuel from the three-way valve of the oil pipe.

Second, the refueling method of the rotary compressor
