What are the main types of inverter air conditioner faults?

Fault type 1. Both the remote control and the auto can not be turned on, and there is no display or response.

The cause of the failure: The indoor unit is powered by AC mains, and the working conditions of the indoor unit's CPU are not available. Check whether there is AC mains power supply first, and then check whether the CPU power pin has +5V DC power supply, whether the +5V voltage is stable, whether the reset circuit and crystal oscillator are normal.

Fault type 2: After the air conditioner is turned on, it will automatically stop after working for a period of time (tens of minutes), the cooling or heating effect is poor, and it can be turned on automatically after a period of time, without fault code display.

cause of issue:

① The resistance value of the room station sensor or the tube temperature sensor of the indoor unit deviates from the normal value, which will cause the room temperature to not reach the set value, the CPU will mistakenly think that it has reached the set value and shut down. Turn on.

②The poor working conditions of the air conditioner cause the sampling voltage, current, or temperature of the protection circuit to deviate from the normal value slowly (the deviation is not large), which results in restrictive protection and shutdown. After stopping for a period of time, since the temperature, voltage, and current that caused the protection action can return to normal by itself, the protection is naturally released and the system starts again. The more likely reasons are the deviation of the mains voltage from the rated value (the deviation is not too large), the poor heat exchange of the heat exchanger, and the relatively slight leakage of the refrigerant.

Fault type 3. The working status indicator is on, but the corresponding load is not working or the protection code related to the corresponding load is displayed.

For example, the outdoor fan does not rotate, the compressor does not rotate, and the four-way reversing valve does not operate.

Failure type 4. After one or several shutdown protections, it will no longer automatically turn on, and there will be a failure code display
