The fan-coil air conditioner is composed of a ventilator, a coil, a motor, an air filter, a condensate pan, a return air outlet and a room temperature control device. Air-conditioning maintenance manufacturers feel that strengthening the maintenance and repair of equipment is the basic work to ensure the safe, reliable, and economic operation of equipment.


1) Fan coil: frequent inspections, once a month. Look at the degree of dirt on the surface of the filter; observe the dirt on the surface of the fin tube; observe whether the elbow is corroded and how much dust the impeller is contaminated; listen to the size of the noise; observe whether there is dirt on the drip tray; whether the drainage function is Good; check whether the pipeline insulation material is in good condition, whether it is corroded and leaking; check whether the automatic valve is malfunctioning. And it must be cleaned one by one, troubleshooting, and maintaining good working efficiency of the machine.


2) Air filter: The cleaning cycle of the air filter is related to the installation location, working hours, purpose and use conditions of the machine. Under normal circumstances, it should be cleaned once a month. If the filter holes are blocked very seriously, the air supply of the fan coil will be affected, and the efficiency of the fan will be greatly reduced.


3) Hot and cold water coil: The hot and cold water coil is an important part of the fan coil. The heat contained in the hot and cold coils must be transferred to the air with high efficiency, and the surfaces of the pipes and fins of the hot and cold coils must always be kept in a normal state. The cold and hot coils are generally composed of copper tubes and aluminum fins. From the structure, it is easy to attach various dusts between the aluminum fins. If there is less dust, you can clean between the aluminum fins; if The accumulation of dust is serious, and the deep part of the pipe between the aluminum fins has been blocked, so that the cleaning cannot meet the requirements. At this time, the coil must be taken out, put in clear water, and cleaned by soaking.

In addition, the hot and cold coils and the pipes at the bent ends are likely to cause corrosion and water leakage, so this part should be carefully inspected and repaired in time.


4) Blower: The fan coil generally adopts a multi-blade blower. The blades of this style are curved. After a certain period of operation, the curved part slowly adheres to a lot of dust. In severe cases, the curved part can be filled in. In this state, even if the maintenance and management of the coil and other parts are normal, the air supply volume will be significantly reduced, and the function of the fan coil cannot be fully utilized.

5) Drip tray: When the coil tube is dew, the condensed water will be dew into the drip tray and flow into the drain pipe through the dust-proof net. Because the dust, oil and debris in the air slowly adhere to the drip tray, causing the dust screen and drain pipe to be blocked, it is necessary to clean the drip tray regularly, otherwise the condensed water will overflow from the drip tray , Causing the room to leak.


6) Air supply outlet: Even if a high-efficiency filter is installed in the air conditioning unit, a lot of dust will often be seen near the air supply outlet and the ceiling. This is caused by the convection between the air sent from the air outlet and the air in the room. It can prevent dust from adhering to the air outlet according to the number of indoor staff and the cleaning state. This phenomenon is easy to occur when the cold air is started to be sent. This is because after the air is cold, the humidity becomes higher, and the quality of the dust increases, so the dust is easy to fall. The air supply outlet should be cleaned once a year. There is a lot of dust on the blades and baffles in the air outlet, and compressed air must be used for careful cleaning.


7) Maintenance of air return vents: return air vents are generally installed indoors or in corridors to draw indoor air back to the air conditioner or exhaust it to the outside. The return air outlet and the supply air outlet are generally more dirty, especially when the return air outlet is located in the corridor. The cleaning of the return air vent does not affect the work of the indoor staff, so the return air vent should be cleaned frequently.
